Highlanders 2025 Season Recap: From Undefeated Spring to the National Final Four
The Denver Highlanders entered the 2025 campaign with one goal - to build off the success of the past season and win a championship. Mission accomplished.
The Highlanders went undefeated in the spring (8-0), setting up a rematch with Queen City in the Rocky Mountain Rugby Championship, this coming after a 40-35 win over the Rams during the regular season.
The Highlanders took the title with a 36-22 win at Infinity Park. With the Rocky Mountain crown secured, the team traveled to Springfield, Missouri, for the USA Rugby Super Regional, where they defeated Red River 21-17 with a late try and game-saving tackle, then beat the South Pittsburgh Hooligans 28-15 to earn a spot in the National Final Four.

In Indianapolis, the Highlanders faced the Scottsdale Blues in the national semifinal at Kuntz Stadium. Despite three tries from Calvin Davidson, The Blues took the match 40-21.
While the Nationals run ended in the semis, 2025 was an unforgettable campaign - an undefeated regular season, the Rocky Mountain title, and a run to the National Final Four. This year marked a statement to the rest of the country: the Denver Highlanders are here to stay.
